We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Purchasing Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing purchasing activities, sourcing suppliers, obtaining quotations, and ensuring materials and products are purchased at the right quality, quantity, and cost. You will work closely with suppliers and internal departments to ensure timely procurement and smooth business operations.

Key Responsibilities

· Identify and evaluate suitable suppliers based on price, quality, and delivery.

· Request, compare, and follow up on supplier quotations.

· Prepare and process purchase orders and purchasing documents.

· Negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers.

· Monitor purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of materials and products.

· Maintain good relationships with existing and potential suppliers.

· Coordinate with internal departments to understand purchasing requirements.

· Monitor stock levels and ensure sufficient materials are available when needed.

· Check supplier performance, product quality, and delivery issues.

· Maintain accurate purchasing records and documentation.

· Assist in monitoring market prices and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
