About the Client Engagement Executive Role

The Client Engagement Executive role involves two main functions:

1. Operational & administrative tasks related to onboarding of customers.

• Collection of customer information

• Upload customer information into IBF/TPG online system

• Update sales & other databases through internet and social media search

• Distribute sales kit, take attendance, photo taking at training venue

• Set up training venue

2. Support activities around reaching out to prospects and existing clients for cross selling

• Setting up of meetings over email, telephone, WhatsApp & calendar invites

• Photo taking during client engagement

• Calling of clients to seek feedback/availability

• Sending letters and mailers to clients/prospects.

• Hand delivery of letters/invitation during concurrent training g

• Creating and editing content for social media

Essential:

• Attention to detail

• Willingness to learn AI and use Claude on a day-to-day basis

• Prior administrative (secretary/PA) or sales experience (FA) with insurance/FA agency (Prudential, Great Eastern or AIA) or with insurance broker

• High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)

• Entrepreneurial & learning mindset

• Energy, Enthusiasm & Initiative

• Proficient in use of social media, particularly Instagram

New Light Pte Ltd works end to end across the retail unit trust distribution space and has three principal lines of business:

1. UT/ILP/ETF Investment Sales coaching.
2. Client engagement and education.
3. Development of softwares and databases to promote UT,ETF and ILP sales.
