Dental Surgery Assistant (DSA)

Location: Klinik Pergigian Ideal Smile, Kulim, Kedah

We are looking for a responsible, hardworking and caring Dental Surgery Assistant (DSA) to join our dental team.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist the dentist during dental treatments and procedures.
• Prepare the dental chair, instruments and materials before treatment.
• Ensure instruments are properly cleaned, sterilised and stored.
• Assist in maintaining cleanliness and infection-control standards in the clinic.
• Prepare and manage dental materials and basic inventory.
• Assist with patient preparation and provide a comfortable experience for patients.
• Help with clinic duties and other tasks assigned when required.
• Work closely with the dentist and other team members.

Requirements

• Responsible, punctual and willing to learn.
• Able to work well in a team.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to follow instructions and clinic SOPs.
• Previous dental clinic experience is an advantage, but training can be provided.
• Positive attitude and willingness to improve.

Salary & Benefits

Starting Salary: RM1,700 per month

Probation Period: 6 months

Upon successful completion of the probation period and confirmation as a permanent employee, the employee will be eligible for clinic bonus and other benefits, subject to the clinic's terms, performance requirements and company policy.
