Your new role

As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and securing new business opportunities across Malaysia, with a focus on formwork systems, including Slab & Beam Formwork, Monolithic Systems, and Self-Climbing Platforms (SCP).

You will leverage your existing network within the construction industry to identify project opportunities, engage key stakeholders, and position the company's solutions at an early stage of the project lifecycle. Working closely with developers, contractors, consultants, and project teams, you will manage the entire commercial process from opportunity identification and solution presentation through to tender submission, negotiation, project award, and handover.

This role is best suited for a commercially driven individual with strong project sales experience and established relationships within the construction sector who can immediately contribute to business growth and project wins.

What you'll need to succeed

• Proven business development, project sales, or commercial experience within the construction industry
• Strong exposure to formwork systems, scaffolding, climbing systems, temporary works, construction equipment, or related construction solutions
• Established relationships with contractors, developers, and project stakeholders in Malaysia
• Strong understanding of tender processes, project acquisition, and commercial negotiation
• Experience working on residential, mixed-development, high-rise, or infrastructure projects
• Ability to identify project opportunities and convert them into revenue-generating business
• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
• Self-driven, hands-on, and capable of working independently
