Prepare cost estimates, quotations, budgets, and Bills of Quantities (BOQ)

Compile tender and contract documentation

Source and evaluate prices from suppliers and subcontractors

Manage progress claims, variation orders (VO), and final accounts
Prepare shop drawings and as-built drawings for site teams

Review drawings and specifications to match design requirements and field conditions

Coordinate layout changes and technical sketches with project and engineering staff
Liaise with clients, consultants, and vendors regarding project execution

Monitor cost control and trace material usage to reduce waste

Submit documentation and forms to local authorities for work approvals
