REQUIREMENT

• Currently pursuing or possessing a Professional Certificate, Diploma, or Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design or a related field.
• Proficient in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin.
• Skilled in AutoCADand/or relevant3D design software (e.g., SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit).
• Positive attitude with a strong willingness to learn and improve.
• Familiarity with architectural and engineering drawings and detailing is an advantage.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Immediate availability is preferred.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Produce detailed 2D architectural drawings and 3D models, primarily for bungalow and interior projects, using SketchUpandAutoCAD.
• Collaborate with designers, engineers, and project teamsto ensure design alignment withclient requirementsandregulatory standards.
• Revise drawings based on feedback, updates, or changes during the design and construction phases.
• Ensure all drawings and models adhere to local building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
• Assist in project documentation preparation, including design reports and material specifications.
• Participate in site inspections to verify the implementation and accuracy of design work.
• Stay updated on the latest design trends and software tools to enhance efficiency and creativity.
• Perform any additional tasks assigned by the superior.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Kuala Lumpur
