Role Summary

A provider of energy-efficient cooling solutions for data centres and critical facilities is seeking a dedicated BD Manager to take onthe full sales cycle — from prospecting to close — selling technical solutions to data centre operators, enterprise clients, and consultants. This role reports directly to senior leadership and offers genuine ownership of the Singapore and regional market.

Responsibilities

Develop long-term strategic account relationships in Singapore, with regional expansion to follow

Drive the entire sales process: opportunity qualification, proposal development, RFP/RFI responses, negotiation, and deal closure

Build executive relationships with C-suite stakeholders, facility owners, and consultants

Present solutions to clients and host product demonstrations

Prepare tender submissions independently within deadlines

Maintain strong knowledge of the competitive landscape

Requirements

Minimum 5 years in solution selling and new business development within enterprise and/or data centre environments

Degree holder, preferably in Engineering;

Industry background in cooling solutions, HVAC, thermal management, or related engineering solutions

Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets

Self-starter comfortable working independently in a lean, fast-moving environment
