Job Description – Sales Supervisor
Team Leadership
Supervise daily activities of sales representatives, set targets, and monitor performance.Provide coaching, mentorship, and motivation to improve productivity.
Sales Strategy
Develop and implement sales plans to meet revenue goals.Align sales activities with marketing, operations, and finance departments.
Performance Monitoring
Track KPIs such as sales targets, customer satisfaction, and revenue growth.Prepare reports for management (sales, leads, complaints, new customers).
Customer Engagement
Resolve customer complaints professionally.Maintain client relationships and ensure effective communication.
Market Awareness
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.Attend trade shows and represent the company at events.
