ABOUT THE ROLE

You will work closely with your team to drive performance, develop people and deliver positive customer experiences.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Representing established brands through face-to-face Sales & Marketing campaigns
• Engaging customers and delivering professional product and service presentations
• Supporting the team in achieving individual and team goals
• Coaching team members to improve communication, sales and customer engagement skills
• Providing constructive feedback and helping team members identify areas for improvement
• Leading by example and maintaining high standards of professionalism
• Participating in regular training, coaching and leadership development sessions
• Taking on greater responsibilities as you develop your leadership capabilities
