This Isn't Just another Part-Time Job. It's a Head Start.
We're offering something most Gen Z grads : real, transferable skills you will use for the rest of your career.
What You'll Actually Walk Away With
- Sales & negotiation skills — the kind that make every future job interview easier
- Public speaking & presentation confidence — from pitching to strangers to running your own client sessions
- Financial literacy — for your clients, and for your own money in understanding your own CPF, insurance, and investments
- Resilience — You get told "no" a lot. You will learn how to not take it personally, and keep going anyway. That skill alone is worth more than most modules in your degree.
- A real resume line — "Financial Consultant, built and managed a client portfolio" hits very differently than "part-time barista" when you're applying to grad programs, MBAs, or your next role
What You'll Actually Do
- Learn how to have real conversations about money, family, and the future — with real people
- Build your own personal brand and client base, with full mentorship support
- Get trained in storytelling, objection handling, and financial planning frameworks used by top performers in the industry
- Work flexibly around your studies or other commitments
Who We're Looking For
- You don't need experience. You don't even need to be 100% sure this is "your thing" long-term.
- You do need to be coachable, curious, and willing to get uncomfortable — growth doesn't happen in your comfort zone
- Whether you stay 1 year or build a 10-year career here, we want you to leave with skills you couldn't have gotten anywhere else
Requirements
- Minimum age 21 (as per MAS licensing requirements)
- Diploma or degree holder (or final-year student open to part-time engagement)
- Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident
- Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn
- No prior sales or finance experience required — full training provided
