Job Summary

The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the overall daily operations of the business and ensuring that activities are carried out smoothly, efficiently, and in accordance with company standards and procedures. The role involves coordinating resources and operational activities while supporting the company’s goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate daily operational activities.
• Ensure smooth and efficient workflow across the organisation.
• Manage, supervise, and coordinate employees as required.
• Implement and maintain company policies, procedures, and operational guidelines.
• Coordinate with management, clients, and other relevant parties.
• Monitor operational expenses and assist in controlling costs.
• Identify operational issues and take appropriate action to resolve them.
• Maintain proper records and prepare operational reports when required.
• Identify opportunities to improve work processes, efficiency, and service standards.
• Assist with staff recruitment, training, and development.
• Ensure a safe, organised, and professional working environment.
• Ensure compliance with relevant company policies and applicable requirements.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by management.

Additional Responsibilities

The Operations Manager is expected to contribute actively to the overall success and continuous improvement of the organisation. In addition to the responsibilities outlined above, the role may include other duties as reasonably assigned by management to support business operations, maintain service standards, and achieve the company’s goals and objectives.

Salary will be commensurate with the candidate’s qualifications, skills, and level of experience.
