Key Responsibilities

• Perform UAT and Card Scheme Certification Testing for credit and debit card applications.
• Execute certification test cases provided by Visa, Mastercard, or other card schemes.
• Validate end-to-end card transaction flows across ATM, POS, e-commerce, and contactless channels.
• Perform certification testing for new card products, enhancements, payment applications, and system changes.
• Validate authorization, reversal, refund, clearing, settlement, and decline scenarios.
• Validate positive and negative card transaction scenarios against scheme certification requirements.
• Prepare and execute test cases, test scripts, test data, and certification evidence.
• Analyze transaction messages and validate ISO 8583 fields and response codes.
• Perform SIT, UAT, regression, integration, and certification testing.
• Identify, document, track, and retest defects using JIRA, ALM, or similar tools.
• Coordinate with developers, business users, payment teams, vendors, and card scheme certification teams to resolve issues.
• Prepare certification test reports, evidence, defect reports, and sign-off documentation.
• Support card scheme certification submission, re-testing, and final certification sign-off.

Mandatory Skills

• 4+ years of experience in Banking / Cards / Payments Testing.
• Strong hands-on experience in Card Scheme Certification Testing.
• Experience with Visa and/or Mastercard certification.
• Strong experience in UAT and manual testing.
• Good understanding of credit/debit card transaction processing.
• Experience with ATM, POS, e-commerce, and contactless transactions.
• Good knowledge of ISO 8583.
• Understanding of authorization, clearing, settlement, reversal, refund, and decline scenarios.
• Experience with payment switches / card management systems.
• Strong defect management and troubleshooting skills.

Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM9,000.00 per hour
