岗位职责
Job Summary
Support daily production activities to meet output and quality targets by maintaining equipment, monitoring product quality, and ensuring a clean and safe work environment.
Responsibilities
Support daily production activities to achieve target output and maintain product quality standards
Identify and report machine breakdowns or faults promptly to the Production Supervisor for corrective action
Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of machines and surrounding work areas to ensure operational safety
Monitor product quality during production and notify the Production Supervisor immediately of any defects
Perform daily housekeeping tasks to sustain a safe and organized production environment
Lift and move materials weighing 15kg to 22kg on an ad hoc basis to support production needs
Communicate effectively and collaborate with team members to ensure smooth production flow
Work overtime as required to meet production schedules
Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors
Preferred competencies and qualifications
Completion of primary or secondary education (PSLE, lower secondary, N Level, or ITE)
Technical qualifications related to manufacturing or production processes
Experience working in a manufacturing environment
Demonstrated initiative, drive, and commitment as a team player
Physical fitness and good health to meet job demands
Other Information
Work schedule: 5 days work week
Work location Tuas South
