About the Role

We are looking for a Technical Customer Engineer / Solutions Engineer to support customers across infrastructure, Kubernetes, networking, storage, and operational tooling.

In this role, you will work closely with customers and internal sales, product, and R&D teams to provide technical guidance, troubleshoot issues, support product evaluations, and identify opportunities to deliver effective technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide customers with on-site guidance and training for product trials, help customers solve technical problems, become a technical communication bridge between customers and the company, and maintain good customer relations.
• Cooperate with the sales team to identify business opportunities, provide solutions and after-sales technical support.
• Responsible for the preparation of project proposals, bids, test reports, implementation plans and other technical documents.
• Collect and sort out the needs from the client and the market, and provide more accurate and timely information for back-end products and R&D.
• Participate in relevant marketing activities and keynote speeches.
• Conduct technical exchanges and cooperation with partners.
• Manage the technical support tickets to ensure timely resolution and escalation when required.
• Stay up to date with developments in cloud computing, infrastructure, Kubernetes, networking, storage, and related technologies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field.
• At least 1 years of working experience in IT and Internet related companies.
• Familiar with the mainstream technology and related company products in the cloud computing industry.
• Experience in technical support, after-sales engineering, R&D or operation and maintenance of medium and large-scale projects is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites when required.

Pay: $2,000.00 - $4,000.00 per month
