Position: QA Administrator
Department: Project / QAQC
Industry: Fire Protection – Fire Sprinkler System
Reports To: QAQC Manager/Engineer
Job Summary
The QA Administrator is responsible for supporting the project and QA/QC team in preparing, maintaining, tracking, and submitting quality documentation related to fire sprinkler system installation works. The role ensures that inspection records, material documentation, testing records, drawings, and handover documents are properly controlled and maintained according to project requirements.
Key Responsibilities
O Level / NITEC / Higher NITEC or equivalent qualification.
Experience in construction, M&E, fire protection, or QA/QC administration is preferred.
Experience with fire sprinkler or wet fire protection systems will be an advantage.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PDF/document management.

- Assist in preparing Inspection Requests and testing documentation for completed installation works.
- Compile inspection records signed by Main Contractor, Consultant, Client, or relevant parties.
- Maintain testing and commissioning trackers and highlight outstanding items.
- Follow up on incomplete or missing QA/QC records from site.
- Assist in tracking defects, punch-list items, and outstanding rectification works.
- Maintain records of completed rectification and re-inspection.
