岗位职责

Responsibilities:
  • Draw up client bookingsfor tables and ensure that tables are set before clients' arrival
  • Manage the front desk byreceiving incoming calls, greeting and attending to customers
  • Inform guests about theavailability of tables and direct them to the tables
  • Keep records of guestswho visit the restaurant
  • Assist customers withanswers to queries, and proffer solutions to issues within your capacity
  • Collaborate with otherrestaurant staff and the management to ensure that customer complaints areproperly attended to in a timely manner
  • Ensure that clients makepayment for services before they exit the restaurant
  • Keep clear records ofpayments received and make detailed notes of balance payments
  • Communicate with otherstaff, such as dinners, informing them of clients' bookings, needs andcomplaints.
  • Management ofe-reservations across all platforms in the company
  • Adhere to hygiene andsafety standards
  • Adhere to company’sstandard operating procedures
  • Any other appropriateduties and responsibilities as assigned
Working Hours:
6days work week, including weekend & PH.
