Due to growth, we’re looking for experience Accounts Executive to join our team. As part of your role, you will be responsible for the below duties:

Handling full spectrum of Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable.

Ensure processing of vendor invoices and staff claim are processed in an accurate and timely manner.

Perform reconciliation of GL control balances with respective sub ledgers.

Manage month end close process and ensure all journals, bank reconciliations, AR and AP are posted accurately.

Any other general administrative duties or any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor and/or management.

What we’re looking for:
Accounts Executive

Diploma in Accountancy or any other equivalent qualifications.

Min 2-3 years of accounts receivable & accounts payable experience

Good knowledge in Microsoft Office such as excel and words
