HR Operations Manager

Lead day-to-day HR operations across the full employee life cycle, ensuring activities are delivered accurately, consistently and on time.
Oversee onboarding, probation follow-up, employee changes, transfers, exits and offboarding processes.
Maintain accurate employee records, HR documents and personnel files, ensuring data integrity, confidentiality and compliance.
Coordinate payroll inputs, final payments, taxation matters and statutory HR administration with relevant internal and external stakeholders.
Manage immigration and work visa processes, including documentation, renewals, tracking and coordination with service providers.
Prepare HR reports, workforce data analysis and dashboards to support HRBPs and business decision-making.
Support HRBPs with employee data requests, organization updates, workforce reporting, documentation and operational follow-up.
Manage recruitment activities for junior-level roles, including job posting, candidate screening, interview coordination, offer preparation and onboarding handover.
Supervise and guide HR operations team member , setting priorities, monitoring progress and ensuring timely completion of deliverables.
Identify process gaps and drive improvements to strengthen HR operational efficiency, data accuracy and employee experience.
Supports on the planning and execution of all employee-related/well-being activities
