We are looking for an Embedded Software Engineer to design and develop software solutions that enable connectivity and control of measurement devices across the Field, Edge, and Cloud. You will work in a multidisciplinary team of Firmware Engineers, Electrical Engineers, and Physicists to bring advanced measurement solutions to market.

In this role, you will also contribute to cloud-based solutions that enhance the Digital Experience of remotely connected IIoT devices.

We are looking for someone with a strong background in C++ and C# programming, experience in Windows and Linux application development, and knowledge of communication protocols and messaging systems. ⇒ Main Responsibilities

• Build prototypes, products, and systems suitable for testing; set up and run lab simulations.
• Develop and maintain high-quality software for cloud and on-premise services and applications.
• Stay current with cutting-edge IoT-related technologies.
• Share expertise throughout the organization and provide user training for products.
• Evaluate engineering approaches and risks to develop production plans that ensure high-quality, cost-effective products.
• Author technical reports, papers, articles, patents, and presentations.
• Develop and maintain Azure DevOps release pipelines.

⇒ Qualifications & Experience

Required:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Petroleum Engineering, Geology, Petrophysics, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience developing cloud and/or on-premise services and applications.
• Proficiency in C# / .NET and C++.
• Deep understanding of one of the following platforms: Linux, Windows, or Embedded Linux (e.g., Yocto).
