Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute teaching and research plans to ensure the enhancementand continuous improvement of teaching quality.
- Design and oversee the development of teaching courses and resources tomeet students' learning needs and development goals.
- Manage and train the teaching team to ensure they possess necessaryprofessional knowledge and teaching skills.
- Supervise teaching effectiveness assessment and feedback mechanisms, andadjust teaching plans and methods in a timely manner.
- Actively participate in educational research and teaching reform to promotecontinuous improvement of the school's teaching standards.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above in a relevant field.
- Three or more years of relevant work experience, with prior classroomteaching experience required. Preference given to candidates with teaching management experience,particularly those with MOE (Ministry of Education) school managementexperience.
- Familiarity with educational theories and methods, with preference given tocandidates with experience in educational research or teaching reform.
Working Hours:
Monday: Off
Tuesday to Friday: 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM
Saturday and Sunday: 9:00 AM to 7:30 PM
Locations: Currently there are 6 campuses in Singapore and 1 in Malaysia.
Pay: $5,000.00 - $7,000.00 per month
