Job description

• Efficient and effective management of design development, co-ordination, approval and issue for construction.
• Review and manage shop drawings, design submissions and material proposals to ensure compliance with specifications, design requirements of contract and authority requirements.
• Plan, check, monitor and report on design progress.
• Manage design changes, RFIs and technical clarifications throughout project.
• Liaise with and co-ordinate with consultants, main contractor, subcontractors, internal designers and project teams on all design matters.
• Hold effective design co-ordination meetings.
• Ensure authority submissions are planned, accurate and technically complete.
• Ensure design deliverables align with project schedule, cost and construction methodology.
• Knowledge of local authorities' rules and regulations related to curtain wall facade, aluminium facade and related works.
• Develop and maintain project-specific BIM Execution Plan to define the BIM objectives, deliverables, responsibilities and procedures for each project (with BIM knowledge preferred).
• Manage the creation, maintenance and quality assurance of BIM models, ensuring accuracy and consistency across all project stages from design stage to as-built (with BIM knowledge preferred).

Requirements

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Min 5 years related experience in the field of curtain wall facade, aluminium facade and related works.
• Strong leadership, good organisation and communication skills.
• Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering or related discipline.
• Proficient in AutoCAD / Revit / BIM (preferred).

Pay: From $5,500.00 per month
