Job Responsibilities

• Tally of payment, SkillsFuture claim, invoice submissions
• Logistic support of training operations
• Liaison with external agencies on documents and submissions
• Follow-ups with trainees on document submission or claim issues etc
• Answering to telephone and email enquiries on training course
• Front counter duties handling customer query on training course
• Any adhoc duties assign

Job Requirements

• Minimum GCE O Level
• Good IT Knowledge, digital website knowledge (i.e SkillsFuture)
• Microsoft Office Skills (Excel, PPT, Word, etc)
• Candidates who are bi-lingual will be preferred
• Good communication, interpersonal skills
