Job Summary

Support contract administration and cost control by preparing tender submissions, evaluating subcontractor claims, and managing quotations to contribute to project success.

Responsibilities

• Calculate quantities and prepare bank guarantees (BG), pricing, tender submissions, and questionnaires to support project bidding processes
• Obtain and evaluate quotations from subcontractors and suppliers to ensure competitive and accurate pricing
• Assist in contract administration by analyzing and vetting contracts to support effective cost control management
• Prepare, submit, evaluate, and certify progress claims from subcontractors to maintain accurate project financial records
