Key Responsibilities

• Business Development & Lead Activation:
• Leverage existing client connections, personal networks, and industry leads to drive initial foot traffic and new customer acquisition for the outlet.
• Plan and execute local marketing strategies, cross-promotions, and client retention initiatives to achieve monthly revenue targets.
• Branch Operations Management:
• Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth workflow, premium customer experience, and adherence to company standards.
• Manage inventory, treatment room readiness, tech equipment maintenance, and administrative duties.
• Team Leadership & Performance:
• Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of beauticians, skin consultants, and front desk staff to meet sales and service KPIs.
• Conduct sales training, product knowledge sessions, and customer service benchmarking.
• Consultation & Consultation Sales:
• Perform professional AI-assisted skin assessments and recommend suitable non-invasive treatment packages to clients.
• Maintain high retention and repeat rates by building trust and delivering exceptional post-treatment follow-ups.

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of experience in branch management, floor leadership, or senior consultation within the beauty, aesthetic clinic, wellness, or personal care industry.
• Lead Portfolio (Essential): Proven track record of high sales performance with an existing client database/network or strong lead generation capabilities within the local market.
• Skills: Strong sales closing skills, team management capabilities, and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Language: Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Fluency in Mandarin is highly preferred to engage with our target demographic.
