About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented fresh graduate to join our team as a E-Commerce Operations Executive.

This is an excellent opportunity for graduates who are interested in e-commerce, logistics, operations, and customer service. You will gain hands-on experience across different areas of our business and work closely with our operations team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITY

E-Commerce & Operations

• Assist with day-to-day e-commerce operations across online marketplaces and platforms.
• Prepare and maintain operational reports.
• Monitor stock movement and identify inventory-related issues.
• Assist with improving warehouse, logistics, and customer service processes.
• Perform other operational duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Logistics Operations

• Process customer orders, including picking, packing, checking, and preparing parcels for dispatch.
• Assist with receiving, checking, labelling, and storing incoming stock.
• Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate stock records.
• Ensure products are organised and stored in their designated locations.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organisation, and a safe working environment.
• Coordinate with courier companies, suppliers, and third-party logistics providers.
• Track inbound and outbound shipments and follow up on delivery issues.
• Assist with returns, exchanges, and other logistics-related matters.

Customer Service

• Respond to customer enquiries through email, live chat, and other communication channels.
• Assist customers with order status, delivery enquiries, product information, and after-sales support.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally and efficiently.
• Coordinate with the warehouse and operations team to resolve customer-related issues.

REQUIREMENTS

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, E-Commerce, Entrepreneurship or any related field.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Google Workspace.
• Familiar with macOS and comfortable working on a Mac.
• Comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, or similar platforms, and able to leverage AI to improve productivity, research, data analysis, and day-to-day work.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to work accurately.
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
• Able to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.
• Physically fit, as the role involves standing for extended periods.
• Upon successful completion of 3 months probation, the employee will be eligible for a salary review and potential salary adjustment based on performance and suitability for the role.
