A Singapore-based global provider of semiconductor and electronics testing solutions. Working location:
Serangoon
Key Responsibilities
Develop, maintain, and update technical documentation, including engineering documents, work instructions, technical specifications, and technical bulletins.
Gather and interpret technical information from engineering drawings, specifications, and product/process documentation, and translate complex information into clear, user-friendly content.
Manage the documentation lifecycle, including review, approval, revision, and release.
Work closely with Engineering, Production, and Quality teams to ensure technical accuracy and consistency of documentation.
Support training and knowledge transfer for equipment, processes, and system upgrades using technical documentation.
Ensure documentation meets quality standards and supports continuous improvement initiatives.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a related discipline; Technical Writing certification is an advantage.
Have technical writing experience in a high-tech, manufacturing, or new product development (NPI) environment.
Strong ability to understand and interpret technical drawings, engineering specifications, and technical documentation.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent attention to detail.
Able to work with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced engineering/manufacturing environment.
Willingness to travel when required.
