Our client is a leading technology and communications organisation focused on developing innovative digital, connectivity and next-generation technology solutions. We are looking for a Full Stack Software Developer to join a product-focused engineering team. You will be involved in designing and developing scalable applications and services, working across both backend and frontend technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance scalable software applications and backend services
• Design and build APIs and modular microservices
• Develop web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks
• Work on system design, performance and reliability improvements
• Integrate applications with internal and external systems
• Implement automated testing and CI/CD practices
• Work with cloud and containerized environments
• Collaborate with product, engineering and business teams on new solutions

Requirements

• Strong experience in Java (Java 17 or higher) and Spring Boot
• Front end experience in HTML/CSS and JavaScript frameworks (React/Angular/Vue)
• Experience with microservices and REST APIs
• Knowledge of Kafka or other messaging technologies
• Experience with Mongo DB/ Elasticsearch/ Cassandra and SQL databases
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes and CI/CD
• Understanding of scalable, distributed application architecture
• Experience developing enterprise-level software products
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Experience working in an Agile environment
