Responsibilities
A career in our Oracle Program Management Office (PMO) team, within our Oracle consulting practice, will provide you with the opportunity to work on client programs that help them plan, manage delivery, and design overall solution architecture of our large, complex Oracle enabled business transformation programs. These programs span multiple business functions and focus on end-to-end value chain transformation.
Our team is comprised of resources with deep business acumen across multiple business functions and relevant Oracle functional experience across ERP, EPM, HCM, SCM and CX technology stacks.
As an Oracle Project Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Leading the planning and delivery of large-scale Oracle Cloud implementation projects across ERP, EPM, HCM, SCM and CX workstreams, ensuring project objectives, scope, timelines, budget and quality standards are achieved;
- Developing and maintaining integrated project plans, delivery roadmaps, milestone schedules, resource plans, dependency logs and status reporting mechanisms to provide clear delivery visibility;
- Coordinating cross-functional teams, client stakeholders, Oracle functional and technical consultants, system integration partners and offshore delivery resources to drive aligned execution across the implementation lifecycle;
- Managing programme governance activities including steering committee preparation, project status reporting, RAID management, issue escalation, change control, decision tracking and executive stakeholder communications;
- Overseeing key delivery phases including design, configuration, integration, data migration, testing, training, cutover, go-live readiness and transition to business-as-usual support;
- Identifying project risks, delivery constraints and dependencies early, and working with leadership and workstream owners to define mitigation actions and maintain delivery momentum;
- Ensuring implementation activities follow agreed Oracle Cloud delivery methodology, project governance standards, documentation requirements and quality assurance processes;
- Supporting client adoption and business readiness by coordinating change management, training, communication, deployment planning and post-go-live stabilisation activities.

Preferred Knowledge/Skills:
- Demonstrates extensive experience managing large-scale Oracle Cloud implementation programmes across multiple business functions, geographies, workstreams and stakeholder groups;
- Leads Oracle Cloud programme planning and delivery governance, including scope definition, delivery roadmap, milestones, dependencies, resourcing, budget tracking, reporting cadence and executive-level decision forums;
- Partners with client leadership, functional leads, technical teams and system integration partners to align business objectives, solution scope, implementation priorities and transformation outcomes;
- Manages end-to-end delivery across Oracle Cloud ERP, EPM, HCM, SCM and CX workstreams, ensuring integration across process design, configuration, data migration, testing, security, change management and deployment activities;
- Establishes and maintains robust programme controls, including RAID management, dependency tracking, issue escalation, change control, quality assurance and benefits realisation monitoring;
- Applies strong knowledge of Oracle Cloud implementation methodology, project lifecycle, environment strategy, cutover planning, release management and transition to business-as-usual operations;
- Facilitates senior stakeholder communication through clear status reporting, steering committee materials, programme dashboards and concise articulation of risks, decisions and required actions;
- Demonstrates the ability to lead distributed teams, coordinate cross-border delivery resources, and maintain collaboration across client, consulting and offshore delivery teams;
- Possesses strong consulting, facilitation and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage ambiguity, resolve delivery challenges and drive timely decision-making in complex transformation environments;
- Has practical experience using programme management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Confluence, Teams or similar platforms to manage delivery transparency and accountability.
