岗位职责

  • Plan and prepare Violin lessons tailored to individual student needs and examination syllabuses
  • Teach music theory, practical Violin techniques to students preparing for examinations
  • Select and acquire appropriate teaching materials and resources to enhance lesson effectiveness
  • Motivate students and track their progress to support continuous learning development
  • Accompany students or participate in ensemble practice and performances to build collaborative musicianship
  • Collaborate with colleagues to organize group activities and prepare for the annual Music Recital
