We are seeking a driven and technical NPI Process Engineer to lead mechanical process development across major precision engineering projects. In this role, you will bridge the gap between product design and full-scale manufacturing—building test systems, refining operational methods, and collaborating across teams to ensure seamless project execution and high-quality deliverables.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a team's mechanical engineer for major precision engineering development projects or multiple simultaneous projects. Ensure that engineering design activities are coordinated per the development procedure.

• Work closely with stakeholder to understand product needs, cost models and areas for improvement.

• Design, construct, shakedown and operate new mechanical process test systems.

• Development of new processes and/or operational methods improving the quality of test stand operations and performance.

• Ability to work independently, resolve technical and manufacturing issues without detailed direction, and work as a part of a team

• Provide technical support and assist in the resolution of manufacturing problems as required.

Job Requirements:-

• Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering or other relevant qualification.

• At least 2 to 3 years experience in CAD using software SolidWorks.

• Able to read & interpret technical drawings.

• Positive attitude, ability to work in a team and willingness to learn.

• Possess excellent organizational, communication, and technical writing skills
