Be part of Mara, our brand-new casual Western restaurant in Sheung Wan! We are seeking passionate and attentive individuals to join our service team. As a server, you will create warm and memorable dining experiences for every guest, ensuring smooth and efficient service throughout each shift.
Key Responsibilities

Deliver friendly, efficient, and quality service to every guest

Take and serve food and beverage orders with accuracy and enthusiasm

Support daily operations to ensure smooth service flow

Maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of the restaurant, tables, and service stations

Communicate effectively with kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely service

Uphold brand standards and create a welcoming environment for all guests

Work collaboratively with teammates to achieve service excellence
Requirements

Previous hospitality experience preferred

Excellent communication skills, fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin preferred

Team player with positive attitude and willingness to learn

High sense of responsibility and attention to detail

Friendly, energetic and passionate

Must hold full working rights in Hong Kong
