任职资格

Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable communicating with customers through social media, WhatsApp and phone.
Able to multitask and manage multiple inquiries and tasks at the same time.
Fast response, responsible and good at following up.
Able to work independently and take initiative.
Good attention to detail and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
Basic knowledge of Facebook, Instagram and Meta Business Suite.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office / Google Workspace.
Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an added advantage.
Previous experience in customer service, social media, digital marketing or administration is an advantage but not mandatory.
Positive attitude, willing to learn and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

岗位职责

Manage the company’s official social media pages, including Facebook and Instagram.
Plan, prepare and schedule social media posts according to the content schedule.
Monitor and respond to customer inquiries received through official social media platforms.
Handle customer inquiries via the company’s official phone and WhatsApp.
Provide prompt, professional and friendly responses to customers.
Follow up on customer inquiries and coordinate with the relevant team when necessary.
Ensure all customer inquiries are properly attended to and followed up in a timely manner.
Assist with day-to-day social media and customer communication activities.
Manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize work according to urgency.
Maintain a professional image and communication style when representing the company online and through phone communication.
