We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior .NET Developer to join our growing technology team. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in Microsoft technologies, including .NET, SQL Server, Azure, and database development, with proven experience delivering end-to-end software solutions.

This role requires a hands-on professional who can take ownership of projects from requirement gathering through implementation, deployment, and post-production support while collaborating effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain enterprise applications using .NET technologies.
• Develop and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and database objects in Microsoft SQL Server.
• Build and maintain scalable applications and services on Microsoft Azure.
• Participate in requirement gathering, solution design, development, testing, deployment, and production support activities.
• Collaborate closely with business users, clients, project managers, and technical teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Lead or actively manage project delivery activities and ensure milestones are achieved on time.
• Take ownership of deliverables throughout the complete software development lifecycle.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application and database-related issues.
• Ensure coding standards, best practices, and security guidelines are followed.
• Support deployment activities and production releases.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and technical innovation.
• Leverage AI tools or AI-assisted development practices to improve productivity and software quality where appropriate.
• Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance when required.

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum 6 years of hands-on experience in .NET application development.
• Strong expertise in:
• C#
• .NET Framework / .NET Core / .NET 6+
• ASP.NET MVC / Web API
• SQL Programming
• Microsoft SQL Server
• Database Design and Development
• Microsoft Azure
• Strong understanding of software architecture and application design principles.
• Experience working with REST APIs and system integrations.
• Proven experience across the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Hands-on experience managing or leading project delivery activities.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned tasks and deliverables.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable working in a client-facing environment and interacting directly with stakeholders.
• Confident and able to clearly articulate technical solutions, project contributions, and technologies used in previous projects.
