Qualification & Skills

• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of HR experience is preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Able to work independently and in a team.
• Responsible, friendly, and willing to learn.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Job Description

• Handle daily HR and administrative tasks.
• Assist with recruitment and interviews.
• Prepare documents for new employees and onboarding.
• Maintain employee records and HR files.
• Manage attendance and leave records.
• Assist with payroll and HR reports.
• Answer employee questions and provide HR support.
• Assist in company activities and employee engagement.
• Perform other HR duties as assigned.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
