Job Overview:

Service Manager identifies new service opportunities, builds relationships with clients, and closes sales by presenting solutions that meet customer needs. Key duties include market research, lead generation, client consultations, contract negotiation, and achieving sales targets. Strong communication, negotiation, and CRM skills, along with a customer-focused and results-oriented mindset, are essential for this role.

From time to time, propose initiatives and setup meeting with stake holders to achieve the target assigned.

• $500 Car Allowance + $500 company Petrol card (Transportation reimbursement given if no car is given for salesman)
• Yearly Performance Bonus (Up to 3 months)

Responsibilities & Duties:

• Build and maintain good relations and close contact with clients, especially decision makers and stay informed of any plans for additional entrance or enhancement to existing entrances
• Conduct market research and feasibility studies to propose new accessories for automated entrance – Such may include local norms/regulations studies
• 3rd party entrance market penetration: Develop and adopt strategies for all 3rd party equipment with the aim of converting the equipment to the company type
• Manage and negotiate all contracts secured and ensure terms are neutral and fair
• Risk manage all contract terms and conditions
• Achieving Sales targets allocated.

Qualification and Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree Holder of engineering or business disciplines
• Candidates with technical background preferred.
• Experience in related business or relevant industries background - (Lift, Construction, Aircon, Access)
• Good interpersonal and communication skills and is factual and logical to express confidently and logically
• Responsible individual with strong learning ability (Independent Learning)
• Keen eye for details that may spot potential hazards arising from the use of the company products as well as relevant 3rd party products
• Good report writing skills and able to present reports in a clear, concise and structured manner.
• Basic MS skills and software literate – Training provided for maintenance software but need to be able to explore how to use it effectively for the works required
• Independent and takes initiatives
• Able to achieve financial targets and track progress to alter course when necessary
• Shall maintain all findings/investigations as confidential and shall not communicate to any 3rd party who are deemed as not necessary to hold or obtain such information in the context of to be informed or requires to takes the necessary corrective actions.
