Role Description The Educational Consultant role at Borneoinspire Training And Consultancy Sdn Bhd is a full-time, on-site position based in Miri. The Educational Consultant will meet with clients to understand their training and development needs, provide guidance on suitable educational programs, and recommend tailored learning solutions. The role includes designing and refining training proposals, preparing learning materials, and delivering or coordinating workshops and briefing sessions. The consultant will track program outcomes, gather feedback, and prepare reports to improve future offerings. Collaboration with internal teams, maintaining client relationships, and staying current with industry and educational trends are key aspects of the role.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Educational Consulting and Education, with the ability to assess learning needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Consulting skills to analyze client requirements, develop proposals, and provide clear, evidence-based recommendations.
• Excellent Communication abilities, including presenting, facilitating discussions, and preparing clear written materials.
• Customer Service orientation to build trust, respond to inquiries, and maintain positive, professional client relationships.
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Training, Psychology, Business, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Experience in training, coaching, or curriculum development is an advantage.
• Ability to work on-site in Miri, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
• Proficiency in basic office software and comfort with using digital tools for presentations and documentation.
