Job Description:
Understand clients’ and residents’ needs and coordinate suitable services based on their requirements.

Support business development activities by gathering market insights and identifying potential areas for service growth.

Establish and maintain relationships with healthcare, community, and external partners to support business and referral opportunities.

Coordinate enquiries, referrals, and service arrangements to provide a positive experience for residents and their families.

Maintain relevant customer and resident information, prepare service-related materials, and monitor feedback to identify areas for improvement.

Assist in reviewing operational processes, guidelines, and promotional initiatives to support the department’s objectives.

Monitor departmental expenses, assist with budget planning, and prepare management reports when required.

Support the development of team members through on-the-job guidance, coaching, and customer service training.

Assist with other operational and departmental duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

Diploma or Degree in a relevant discipline.

At least 1 year of relevant experience in customer service, healthcare, social service, or a related field will be an advantage.

Good communication and interpersonal skills with a strong customer-focused mindset.

Good organisational and coordination skills.

Able to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.

Proactive, adaptable, and willing to learn.
