Job Summary
Support project administration and lead a team of internship trainees and new site hires to deliver accurate engineering documentation and project execution support at Leytron.
Responsibilities
Coordinate project administration tasks across multiple engineering disciplines to ensure smooth project progression and compliance
Lead and mentor a team of internship trainees and new site hires to enhance their skills and integrate them effectively into project teams
Prepare detailed test reports and method statements to document project implementation and support quality assurance
Draft and review Single-Line Drawings using AutoCAD to ensure technical accuracy and adherence to project specifications
Execute ad hoc duties as required to support project delivery and operational efficiency
Required competencies and certifications
Diploma or ITE certification in Electrical Engineering
Proficiency in AutoCAD for drafting and reviewing engineering drawings
Preferred competencies and qualifications
Prior experience in engineering or management roles to support effective project coordination and team leadership
