Merliance Capital is looking for a proactive and organised

Assistant Relationship Manager & Operations

to support our RMs and the company across

client onboarding, client management and day-to-day operations

.

Key Responsibilities

Support RMs with end-to-end client onboarding, including KYC/AML and account opening.

Coordinate with clients, custodians, banks and other service providers.

Assist with ongoing client servicing, documentation and account administration.

Track and follow up on outstanding onboarding and operational matters.

Support RMs with client meetings, reports and other relationship management activities.

Help improve and streamline the firm's operational processes.

Requirements

2–5 years' experience in

wealth management, private banking, asset management, family office or financial services

.

Strong organisational, communication and follow-up skills.

Detail-oriented, proactive and comfortable managing multiple stakeholders.

Good understanding of client onboarding and KYC/AML processes.

VCC or EAM (External Asset Manager) experience is a strong advantage.
