Architecture Supervisor – Construction

Location: Seremban, Malaysia
Project: Hospital Construction Project
Salary: Up to RM6,500 per month
Employment Type: Contract – Until Project Completion
Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Availability: Immediate to 1 Month Notice Period

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Architecture Supervisor to join a hospital construction project in Seremban.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising architectural and finishing works on site, ensuring that all work is completed according to approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project schedules.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor architectural and finishing works at the construction site.
• Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and site teams.
• Monitor workmanship, quality, and progress of architectural works.
• Identify site issues and coordinate with the relevant teams to resolve them.
• Ensure materials and completed works meet required specifications and quality standards.
• Conduct regular site inspections and report progress to the Project Manager.
• Monitor work schedules and ensure activities are progressing according to the project timeline.
• Ensure compliance with site safety and project requirements.

Requirements

• Proven experience in supervising architectural and finishing works for building construction projects.
• Experience in large-scale commercial, institutional, or healthcare projects will be an advantage.
• Good knowledge of architectural drawings, construction details, and finishing works.
• Strong site coordination and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively with multiple contractors and project stakeholders.
• Must be available to join immediately or within 1 month.

Salary: Up to RM6,500 per month
