This position is responsible for the planning and direction of the staffs and resources of the restaurant for the efficient, well-prepared, and profitable service of food and beverages.

Manage the day-to-day operations of the café, including opening and closing procedures.

Lead, supervise, and motivate café staff to deliver excellent customer service.

Prepare staff schedules and manage manpower requirements.

Monitor food and beverage quality, service standards, and customer satisfaction.

Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety requirements.

Manage inventory, ordering, stock levels, and minimise wastage.

Monitor daily sales, cash handling, and operational expenses.

Handle customer feedback and resolve service-related issues professionally.

Train and develop staff to improve service standards and product knowledge.

Maintain cleanliness and overall presentation of the café.

Support promotions, events, and other activities to drive sales.

Prepare basic operational reports and provide feedback to management.

Ensure company policies, procedures, and SOPs are followed consistently.

Perform other duties as assigned by management.
