KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Building & Facility Maintenance

• Carry out routine inspection, maintenance, and repair of campus facilities, buildings, rooms, offices, classrooms, laboratories, and common areas.

Electrical & Mechanical Maintenance

• Conduct basic inspection, troubleshooting, and maintenance of electrical systems, lighting, switches, sockets, and other related equipment.

Air-Conditioning & Plumbing

• Perform basic inspection and troubleshooting of air-conditioning systems and related equipment.
• Coordinate with appointed contractors or service providers for major air-conditioning repairs and servicing.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Certificate, Diploma, or equivalent qualification in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Building Maintenance, Facilities Management, or a related technical field.
• Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience in facility maintenance, building maintenance, engineering, or a similar role is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of electrical, mechanical, air-conditioning, plumbing, and general building maintenance.
• Able to perform basic troubleshooting and repair works.
• Good understanding of workplace safety and maintenance procedures.
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision and as part of a team.
• Good problem-solving and communication skills.
• Physically fit and able to perform hands-on maintenance work.
• Willing to work beyond normal working hours, weekends, or public holidays when required for emergency or operational purposes.
• Possess relevant technical certificates or competency certifications will be an added advantage
