Responsibilities:
Deliver comprehensive technical support for products to customers.
Liaise effectively with customers, main office, agents, and relevant stakeholders concerning product support.
Assist in the maintenance and troubleshooting of the company CMP equipment and other related products.
Provide support for the company Ozone Water Generator and additional product lines.
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Engineering or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in engineering or a technical support role within the semiconductor equipment industry.
Demonstrated ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively within a team setting.
Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Availability to work non-office hours and provide on-call support as required.
