To support the Account Management team in delivering excellent client service and ensuring smooth operational processes throughout the customer journey.

Job Description

• Support the sales team during the quotation and proposal preparation stage.
• Assist in onboarding new clients, including Know Your Customer (KYC) documentation and account setup.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to facilitate policy issuance and endorsements.
• Prepare reports, presentations, proposals, and supporting documentation for management and client meetings.
• Maintain accurate customer records and update information in relevant systems.
• Monitor and track pending policies, endorsements, and claims.
• Assist in following up with internal teams on outstanding customer requests.
• Support account managers in managing client servicing activities and day-to-day operations.
• Participate in structured training and development programmes under the Protégé initiative.

Qualification / Requirement

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Economics, Insurance, Management, or related disciplines.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
• Team player with strong customer service orientation
