Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, confirmation, internal movements, promotions, and employee offboarding.
Support end-to-end recruitment activities such as job postings, candidate sourcing, resume screening, interview arrangements, reference checks, and preparation of employment offers.
Handle work pass applications, renewals, cancellations, and other employment-related matters, including liaison with MOM and employee accommodation arrangements where required.
Administer employee benefits, insurance, medical claims, and maintain accurate employee records in the HRIS.
Monitor attendance, leave, and timekeeping records to support accurate payroll processing and compliance with company policies.
Assist with probation reviews, performance appraisals, employee development plans, and career development initiatives.
Support employee relations matters, including grievances, disciplinary cases, counselling, and implementation of HR policies in line with employment legislation.
Coordinate training and development activities, including training arrangements, employee development programmes, and training records.
Organise employee engagement activities, company events, wellness programmes, and other initiatives to foster a positive workplace environment.
Ensure HR practices comply with relevant employment legislation, company policies, and best practices, while identifying and addressing potential compliance risks.
Support HR digitalisation, automation, and process improvement initiatives to improve efficiency and employee experience.
Prepare HR reports, maintain proper personnel documentation, and undertake other HR and administrative responsibilities assigned by Management.
Job Requirements
Diploma, Advanced Diploma, or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
2–3 years of relevant HR experience preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
Familiarity with Info-Tech HRMS or other HRIS platforms is an advantage.
Meticulous, organised, and able to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
Willing to work 5 days per week.
