Our client is a leading Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) provider supporting global customers across diverse industries. They are seeking a proactive Manufacturing Engineer to join their Engineering team, driving process improvements, supporting new product introductions (NPI), and ensuring efficient, high-quality manufacturing operations.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support NPI activities, including process development, qualification, and production ramp-up.
• Develop, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes to improve productivity, quality, and cost.
• Troubleshoot production issues and drive corrective and preventive actions.
• Conduct root cause analysis on yield, quality, and process-related issues.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Engineering or related discipline.
• 2+ years of manufacturing engineering experience in EMS, electronics manufacturing, semiconductor assembly, test, or advanced manufacturing environments.
• Experience with SMT, PCB assembly, box-build, or high-mix low-volume manufacturing is preferred.
• Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, and quality management tools is advantageous.
