Job Requirements

• Degree holder in HR Management or Business related disciplines

• 6-8 years human resources experience in HR reporting and analytics

• Experience in HR projects coordination, preferably with regional exposure

• Previous experience in HR data management and process improvement

• Background gained from sizable corporations would be a great advantage

• Self-initiative, energetic, well-organized, analytical with proactive attitude

• Proficiency in using MS Excel (Pivot Tables, Charts) and HRIS systems

• Good communication of English and conversational Putonghua

• Immediate available is a definite advantage

Job Responsibilities

• Provide strategic HR guidance and support across Hong Kong, China and regional offices

• Responsible for HRIS enhancement, workforce planning and HR projects support & coordination

• Consolidate HR data and prepare regular HR analytical reports for continuous improvements

• Perform analysis on workforce data, C&B benchmarking and budget to align with corporate strategy

• Prepare HR dashboards and reports on compensations, headcount, turnover and talent mobility

• Liaise with HR teams in HK and operating locations to ensure compliance with HR regulations

• Assist in driving continuous improvements to HR processes, systems, and operational efficiency
