Data Center Technician - Oracle project

Contract role 6months only

Must be able to work shift basis 12 hours on rotation both day and night shift. Willing to work on Public holiday and weekend if working schedule fall on that day without overtime claim.

Must be Immediate joiner

Job Requirement

• Responsible for a shift in a 24/7/365 working environment including on-call rostered basis shift
• Good experience in Linux
• Strong troubleshooting experience in Network, storage, server and software application
• cabling knowledge in data center will be an advantage
• Participate in the installation, monitoring, maintenance, support, and optimization of all production server hardware, and software.
• Provides 2nd level technical support ,manages escalated support cases and leads appropriate internal technical resources and/or 3rd party vendors to resolution.
• Assist with server operating system and application upgrades, bug fixes, and patching.
• Troubleshoot basic switch issues and replace switches
• Perform replacements of failed components such as hard drives/ DIMM
• Troubleshoot and resolve network connectivity issues.
• Looking for someone can start work immediate basis and open for contract role

Job Type: Contract

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM9,000.00 per month
