We are looking for an organised and enthusiastic Events Coordinator to provide administrative and coordination support across our events function, helping TLBG deliver seamless events and activations across our venues.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and coordination support for the planning and execution of events across New Bahru and other TLBG venues.
• Support event logistics and scheduling, including bookings, timelines, run sheets and vendor liaison.
• Conduct research to identify potential vendors, venues and sponsorship opportunities.
• Manage event registration processes and communicate with attendees in a prompt and professional manner.
• Respond to event enquiries and keep the events team updated on client requests and requirements.
• Maintain a clear filing and reference system, and keep event records, contact lists and databases up to date.
• Prepare event-related documents, reports and post-event evaluations, gathering feedback for future improvements.
• Provide on-site administrative and coordination support during events where required.

Requirements

• Open to fresh graduates, as well as candidates with relevant hospitality, events or administrative experience gained through internships or prior roles.
• Organised individual with strong attention to detail and excellent follow-through.
• Effective time management and the ability to juggle multiple tasks.
• Self-confident, energetic and enthusiastic.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
