Job Description

• Oversee daily shop operations to maintain efficient workflows and high service standards.
• Recruit, train, manage and supervise masseuse.
• Ensure all masseuse adhere to hygiene standards, maintaing compliance with relevant regulations and company policies.
• Lead and inspire teams to achieve sales target.
• Coordinate marketing and promotional activities to enhance company's brand presence.
• Drive team motivation and maintain a positive working culture.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience.
• Hands on experience in massage techniques and face therapies.
• Strong financial acumen with ability to manage budgets, analyse performance data and drive profitability.
• Willingness to work on weekends and public holidays.
• Leadership and people management skills.
• Passion for the spa and massage industry.
